I am a dedicated and driven professional with a strong academic background in psychology. I hold an MPhil in Psychology from the Postgraduate Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Peradeniya (2022), where my thesis focused on "Adolescence Parenting Styles in Kandy District, Sri Lanka: An Exploratory Analysis." I also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Peradeniya in 2008, graduating with First Class Honors. My undergraduate thesis was on "Influence of Rewards on Worker Performance" at Mass Linea Clothing.

I am an energetic and ambitious individual who approaches every task with maturity and responsibility. I enjoy collaborating with others and am skilled in working effectively to achieve goals within deadlines while ensuring the best possible outcomes.
